5 reasons I'm sad winter is about to end | Life

I was struggling to come up with something to write about for today, so I put the call out to my lovely #teamIBOT peeps for some prompts & suggestions last night. The lovely Claire from Life on Wallace came back with the prompt "reasons you're pleased winter is nearly over" and I thought I could work with that.

The thing is, I'm not pleased winter is nearly over. I'm anything but pleased, actually! The only thing I have to look forward to about winter being over is our cruise in a few weeks time. Other than that, no good can come of winter ending!!!

Shooting through 2017 {July} | #52weekproject

Oh July, what a gloriously beautiful month you were. Busy, as always, but filled with some beautiful winter weather, notwithstanding that freak 28 degree day on Zee's birthday! It's only 5 weeks now until we head off on our 10 night cruise to the South Pacific to celebrate my Mum's 60th birthday. We are all beyond excited, and I can't quite believe it's come around so fast.

Birthdays & Bubbles {Zee turns four} | Life

Zee turned four on Sunday. FOUR! How did that happen. It feels like only yesterday I was cuddling her in the hospital, enjoying the feel of her warm little body snuggled in to mine, searching her face for similarities to her sister's, wondering what kind of person this new little human was going to be.
