A busy few weeks

Well, it’s been a hectic month to say the least! It's been nothing but births, deaths and marriages!

The last weekend in February, which some of you might remember from this post, was my girlfriend A’s wedding. And what a lovely wedding it was. You may recall that her maid of honour was 4 days overdue at the wedding.

Well, the lovely H had her very over-due bub the first week of March, a little boy, William Noah. And he was not the only one to arrive last week!

I wrote a status update on Facebook that simply said “If there’s one thing I’ve learned from all of this, it’s that people really like doing It in June!”. And that pretty much sums it up. I know of 6, yes S-I-X, babies that were born in a 5 day period that first week of March! Talk about insane!
For me though, the most exciting was the birth of my girlfriend K’s little girl, C. K was my bridesmaid when I got married back in 2008 and I was so stoked for her and M when I found out they were expecting. It’s seems like those 9 months just flew by (I’m sure it didn’t feel like that for her though!) and now she has one of cutest little baby girls I have ever seen!

With a full head of thick black hair, and the longest baby toes you ever did see, she certainly has made her mummy and daddy proud.

There's also been some sad news and some news that's taking a bit of time to adjust too, and a few things in the works that I hope I can share with you soon.

I went to my other friend H's wedding on Sunday and it was another beautiful affair. So totally elegant and H was just stunning!

I just can't believe how fast this year is flying by, can you believe it's going to be April in a couple of days!?!? This year is going to be over before we know it, and I have a feeling it's certainly gonna be one to remember!

  2. Yeah, I thought she was pretty cute. I too had lots of hair when I was born so I hope one day my kids have lots. I think it def makes kids look that little bit cuter when they have lots of hair!
