Just Keep Pushing...
...that's what I have to do. Keep pushing myself to be better everyday.
Had a bit of a blow-out on the weekend. Lots of bad food (pizza, I'm lookin at you!) and not enough exercise. Got a little on Friday afternoon after walk, went down to Yarramundi for a fish, which involves a bit of walking to get to the spot we want, so that is good. I'm sweating by the time we get to our spot, I make Mr.P walk faster. It's kinda hard once you get to the sand and have to walk barefoot, but I figure every little bit helps.
I managed to keep within my WW points fairly good all week, until the weekend. haven't even bothered going on to add those! But I am back on track today, 19 out of a possible 20 points, and I've just done an hour on the Wii Fit. As I said, every little bit helps!
During the week I did 2 hour-long Biggest Loser DVD workouts. I got a three pack on special at Rebel, and I've only done the Beginner one so far, but I really liked it. It's a lot of the same kinds of stuff we were doing at Boot Camp (without as much running, bit hard to run around my lounge-room!) so I'm looking forward to trying out the other two workout sessions over the coming weeks.
Anyway, just thought I'd give you an update on how I've gone this week. Weigh-in tomorrow, fingers crossed I haven't out ON anyway weight. I'll be happy to stay the same after the weekends blow-out!
